Sofia is a fully qualified Body Control Pilates Instructor living locally in Chiswick and specialises in Matwork Pilates including Ante and Postnatal; for all levels of ability and fitness levels from absolute beginner to advanced.
Sofia’s classes are friendly and encouraging and she genuinely cares about helping her clients to feel more relaxed, happier and better in their bodies.
You will walk away from each class feeling taller, more body aware and stretched out as well as calm and relaxed.
Sofia is also available for private and small group classes.
