Up to 15 months and 11 months and above
OneFitMama classes are designed to help new mums get into shape without having to arrange childcare. The classes combine moderate exercise with our special baby or toddler zones to ensure that while you get a great workout while your little one has fun and makes new friends. Our specialist instructors are trained to ensure your workout is not only effective but also safe so you can rest assured you and your baby are in safe hands.

Before I had my babies I was a bit of a running addict, after having my oldest, and with a husband in the military, I struggled to find the time to get my post baby mind and body back into shape and I found it even more difficult to find the time after baby number 2. Then I came across OneFitMama classes, which were great fun and meant I could exercise and take Nancy with me! Win win! Fast forward 9 months on I knew I wanted to bring OneFitMama classes closer to home and being able to help mums feel good about themselves.
