Hi, I'm Nicci from Breathe & Bloom Yoga, a mindfulness & yoga enthusiast and mum to one playful little boy! I am a Pre & Post Natal Yoga teacher and Baby Mindful coach. All of my classes offer a safe welcoming space to invest some time in your own wellbeing whilst spending time with your baby. Classes are relaxed, fun, playful - anything goes! Most of all I want you to be able to have a lovely time with your little and leaving hopefully feeling a little calmer and more relaxed. I'd love to hear from you if you'd like more information or would like to come along to a class x
