Baby Mindful classes are a wonderful calming space for both parent & baby to slow down, relax & simply enjoy being together. Classes are for babies 0-6 months & include a range of activities to gently calm & stimulate your baby whilst supporting their development. Each class follows 7 steps; movement, play, gentle stretching, gentle baby touch, breathing exercises for parents, affirmations and relaxation. Classes are based around a nursery rhyme theme and are deliberately slow in pace to allow you to spend calm, quality time together while the rest of the world melts away.
