1 - 9 months
Pelvic floor and lower tummy exercises for new mums with their papooses and the newbies within. Enjoy strengthening your core whilst exposing your baby to different rhythms and grooves. Exercises taken from Pilates, Yoga and Belly-dancing – gentle for mum’s recovering body and baby’s adjustment to the big wide world. Classes are at beginners’ level and are open to new (and new-again) mums with or without dance experience.
Activities for Parents
Nily Ron has a BA in Psychology and Management, she received a Professional Diploma in Dance Studies from Laban Centre in 2006 and completed her MA in Dance/ Movement Psychotherapy in 2009. She taught Belly-dancing for many years, trained as a Pilates instructor, and maintained regular Ashtanga yoga practice. Nily is a mum of 2 girls. She worked as a dance/ movement psychotherapist, changed to a corporate/management career, and now has decided to return to her core (pun intended) routes and dance.
