Join MFL Boot Camp in the park for our fun, outdoor activities based on high intensity interval strength, core and cardiovascular training.
A baby-friendly fitness class for Mums. We exercise in a supportive and friendly environment, but be prepared to train in sunshine, wind, and rain! All fitness levels welcome.
Bring your baby in a carrier or pram and join your experienced MFL coach, for a 45-minute training session to help you regain fitness and strength post pregnancy.
Please inform your MFL session coach if you have any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions. Participants must have completed a physical activity readiness questionnaire before commencing Boot Camp sessions for the first time (given to you on arrival so please arrive a few minutes early to complete it).
