Join MFL Boot Camp in the park for our fun, outdoor activities based on high intensity interval strength, core and cardiovascular training.

A baby-friendly fitness class for Mums. We exercise in a supportive and friendly environment, but be prepared to train in sunshine, wind, and rain! All fitness levels welcome.

Bring your baby in a carrier or pram and join your experienced MFL coach, for a 45-minute training session to help you regain fitness and strength post pregnancy.

Please inform your MFL session coach if you have any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions. Participants must have completed a physical activity readiness questionnaire before commencing Boot Camp sessions for the first time (given to you on arrival so please arrive a few minutes early to complete it).

Sarah is an absolute hero when it comes to supporting woman in engaging in safe but effective exercise post-partum. The classes are always upbeat with good music and each week focuses on a different body area so essentially toning everything! Can’t recommend enough and all the babies/kids seem to really enjoy themselves too. So winning all round!

Possibly a touch overpriced for what it was - £10 would be more than enough. The facilities are very cramped upstairs; too many stools to get tangled around the wheels of prams and a ramp on entry is a MUST.

Sarah is a Level 2 and 3 qualified Personal Trainer/Gym Instructor, and has completed programmes in Exercise and Nutrition, Exercise Ante and Post Natal, Exercise for Older Adults, Bootcamps/Circuits, Advanced Fitness Testing, Indoor Group Cycling, and specialises in Ante and Post Natal, Weight Management, and Core-Stability. @mumfitldn
