MPAM and GYDA

We are a recreational kids Academy that focuses on and integrates four core disciplines in to one:
Gymnastics Yoga Dance & Acrobatics .
All classes are intended to teach students core elements from these four disciplines. Our training caters for all levels - beginner to advanced - and allows students the opportunity of joining the academy`s Live Performing Group.
At Mpam and Gyda Academy there is a role for everyone. Kids can simply have fun and socialise and will not need to necessarily think that it will be expectant of them to perform......
