I teach Baby Yoga & massage. Which helps to strengthen the bond between you and your baby, Relieve colic and wind, aid sleep and relaxation. We do 20 minutes yoga for parent and baby, then 20 minutes massage for babies. All set to calming lullaby’s and a chance for mums to socialise.
