Dance Like a Mother CIC is the fun filled dance class for parents & babies. Dance to great music, enjoy fun and easy to follow routines and have lots of giggles all whilst holding your baby close in soft structured carriers. Don't have your own carrier? No problem…carriers available in class and we are Babywearing Peer support trained so can fit you safe and comfy. You get the benefit of having fun, getting active and increasing your mood; whilst baby gets to be held close and feel the comfort of movement and music (sometimes they even fall asleep!)
