My passion is to develop a community focusing on Pregnancy + post natal training - mums and babies. after recently having my second child and recognized the lack of quality classes & support in my area where I could bring my child. I will be focusing on healing the body + soul, pre+ post pregnancy. Packages include Fitness classes, Nutrition programmes, & Group Pt. Our aim is to train children to the highest levels in performing arts. This includes preparing children for school interviews and gaining drama scholarships.
