About

Perform is a different type of drama school. We use a unique mix of drama, dance and singing - specially developed and written by us - to bring out every child's true potential. Classes are kept small to ensure lots of individual attention by our experienced teachers - hand-picked for their warmth, energy and professionalism. They'll focus on your child's enthusiasm and engagement in the activities rather than their precision and ability to learn moves. And they'll be with your child every step of the way to guide, inspire and encourage.

About

Our classes involve yoga for mum, yoga for baby and some lovely relaxation together. All postures can be practiced with or without your baby, depending on how you prefer to focus. A typical session includes baby stretches to take small bodies through a full range of movement; breathing and focused yoga postures for the mums, and postures-for-two to give mums and babies new ways to relate to each other. For mummies, we focus on gently working the abdominal muscles, slowly getting mummy back to pre-baby shape and helping to build strength, stamina and fitness. A fun filled class!
