About

La Petite Ecole de Redbridge is a parent-run French-speaking childrens' group for bilingual children from 3 years and up with at least one French-speaking parent, or who have lived in a French-speaking country and have a good understanding of French. During the sessions only French is spoken and children have the opportunity to improve their French with other French-speaking children by participating in various activities. Bilingual children will improve and learn French through play, songs, storytelling, arts, and drama, while having fun and meeting other children. Parents are invited to stay during the sessions and encouraged to take part in the group's activities as much as they can, whether by reading a story, sharing a debate, or explaining conjugation to the older children!
