Bloomsbury Central Baptist Church host an under 5's stay and play every Tuesday during term time. We open at 10am and run until 12.30pm. The session is FREE although donations are welcome for refreshments. Friendly atmosphere with soft play, toys and music. Lunch is also available with our active retired drop in from 12.30pm, food from £2.50 (highchairs available). For more information email dawn@bloomsbury.org.uk

Providing visual art and crafting workshops for ages 6-12. The aim is to nourish and quieten the mind as the children learn new skills and focus on expressions of their creativity. The groups are no larger than 10 and parent/carer engagement is encouraged. It is wonderful to watch the inter generational interaction as the adults get to be with the child in a new and creative environment. The workshops are currently held every Monday after school hours at the under-cover Old Spitalfields Market in East London. The North London Conservatoire was established in 1995 and has gained an outstanding reputation for musical excellence through its teaching of children of all abilities. Colourstrings is a fully-integrated approach, based on the traditional Hungarian Kodály Method. Children learn all the basics of music through a variety of activities, including songs, rhymes, games, listening, movement to music, percussion and dancing. Instrumental tuition is offered usually starting from 5-7 years (violin, viola, cello, bass, guitar or piano) for Kindergarten graduates.
