The teacher, Lauren, is very intuitive and gentle, and the course is of course very useful. However, there are no changing rooms at the Royal Hospital Chelsea, making for a chaotic environment before and after a class. Note this location is also not baby-friendly, as breastfeeding is not allowed in common areas (hallway, cafe etc). Such a shame since Lauren truly is wonderful.
