Fox and cub sessions are a great class for those looking to start/restart their fitness journey after having a little one. I started with Kelly when my little one was 10 weeks old and haven't looked back. Kelly makes the class fun and accessible, providing move modifications to make exercises easier/harder as your fitness level requires. If you're looking for fitness motivation in a welcoming environment this is the class for you. Can't recommend highly enough! And don't worry, everyone's baby cries for at least one session :-)
Great exercices with a lovely coach. The exercises are just perfect (and not boring) post pregnancy, and I definitely feel more toned since I have been attending the class. Would definitely recommend Kelly's classes. Also great to meet new cool moms :^)
Excellent post-natal exercise class, you get a good workout while having your baby with you. Ideal. I now attend fat burn classes as an extension of the post-natal 'fox and cubs' class and find it really effective.
