Special exercise sessions for mums with child care assistance!

MumFit has been designed for active mums looking to improve their fitness level. The sessions concentrate on the whole body movement so you can push yourself and work your weak links. MumFit combines functional fitness motions from running and jumping to core and viper training, isolating the real muscles to improve your fitness levels. MumFit workouts are designed to help mums build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Infants and toddlers welcome to come along! Our fabulous nanny team will help to take care of them.
