About

Combat Ju-Jitsu Wales is a martial arts club teaching Jujitsu that is based on traditional Jujitsu and military techniques developed by Kancho Ray Wonnacott for use in the civilian environment. Having knowledge of this martial art will help you avoid confrontational situations and, if necessary, apply a means of escape. Learning a martial art does not make anyone indestructible but more knowledgeable and confident when faced with confrontation. Combat jujitsu exploits the body's limitations, working against joints, using leverage, punches, kicks, nerve points, throws and weapons. No matter what your size, age, shape or level of fitness, learning this versatile and effective system will help you evade danger in most situations, whilst having fun as you train.
