Sheila Littleboy runs fun, friendly and supportive classes in Cardiff from birth till your baby is on the move. Baby Nurture classes offer a safe space to explore loving touch and movement with your newborn and nurture your post-natal body with gentle stretches, movement and relaxation. Developmental Baby Massage is suitable from eight weeks, and teaches a blend of massage and movement. This is a lovely way to bond with your baby, help with tummy troubles and encourage sleep. Baby Yoga is for fourteen-week-olds and above, adding stretching and relaxation to the massage class' activities, all accompanied by songs, rhymes and games. You can also enjoy some gentle yoga, and classes finish with relaxation.
