Buggyfit offer outdoor postnatal exercise - a total body workout that combines cardio with strengthening and toning exercises for all those areas hardest hit by pregnancy, birth and labour. Addressing postural balance and offering diastasis checks, you are in good hands with a qualified postnatal instructor offering and effective but safe workout. No need for crèche or babysitter as baby comes too! All prams are fine. All abilities welcome. Please wait until your 6 week check before commencing exercise. I suggest 10-12 weeks post caesarean.
