They incorporate the latest thinking on: - Post-natal recovery - Pelvic floor health - “Mummy tummy” repair - Effective & sustainable fat loss and are endorsed by Harborne Physiotherapy and Acupuncture Clinic (home of the "Mummy MOT") I even provide a supervised children's corner, so no childcare needs to be arranged.
