Nice cosy class. Limited number of participants so you get to know people to some extent. The only thing is that the venue want buggy friendly. I found it difficult to get in and out and to find a space for my buggy in the small changing room. The studio is also on the second floor so you have to be very careful going up and down the stairs. However, Jane was very calm and nice and I still use the message methods she taught us at home.

The baby massage class I completed with Jane was lovely. My daughter was quite windy so at 8 weeks we started baby massage. I learnt some really helpful techniques to help with babies wind as well as the opportunity to bond with my baby both during the class and using the massage techniques at home. There was also the opportunity in the class to chat with some lovely mummies and share our experiences. I would highly recommend.

My daughter and I really enjoyed the baby yoga. Jane has helped us a lot to start enjoying the tummy time. Before starting the baby yoga my daughter was not keen to lie on her tummy. Jane has introduced exercise that helped to change it.
