Anne WoodThu 24th Aug 2017Attended with 6 month-oldOh my how my legs ached after my 1st session! But 8 weeks in, it's totally worth it. I was feeling a bit meh post pregnancy, and couldn't find time to work out and look after my 5 month old. Now, I feel I have so much more energy again.
Stephanie's classes are perfect as it is baby friendly and there is someone to keep an eye on the kids while us mums sweat it out :-)
Plus the post-workout lunches are heaven for my baby and me! Recommend you order those lunches in advance as they often run out of stock!
